Brine! Fire! Turkey!

I love doing turkey on my Orion cooker – but if you think the turkey turned out well, just try ribs the next time. I won’t spoil the surprise, but just be prepared to loosen your belt another notch or six!

I brined my bird in a 5 gallon bucket. works like a champ!!!
