Marisa, you’re a natural breadmaker! This was fun to see how the bread is made. I actually learned a lot that (hopefully) will translate into better breadmaking skills on my part. Thanks for making this! Metropolitan is on my A-list of to/do whenever I make it to Philadelphia.
