Looks delicious. I’m definitely going to make this one.
By the way, I’ll have you know that nearly everything my Mom cooks has a can of cream of mushroom soup in it. And don’t you call my Mom’s cooking trashy or I’ll come over there and burble you with a pot of chicken a-la king.

Looks like good cold-weather soup! And, if I may ask, what is that spoon-shaped whisk-type utensil you use with the béchamel? Is it for that specific use?
